TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce, divided 2 oz. 4 Tbsp.
Prepared barbecue sauce, divided 18 oz. 2-1/4 cups
Onion, minced 6 oz. 1-3/4 cups
Pulled pork meat 36 oz.
Flour tortillas, 12", grilled 12 ea.
Cheddar cheese, shredded 12 oz. 3 cups
Prepared coleslaw 24 oz.


  1. To prepare wrap sauce, combine 2 Tbsp. TABASCO® Sauce and 6 oz. barbecue sauce. Cover and refrigerate until needed.
  2. To prepare wrap filling, saut├ę onions in a preheated pan; add pork, 12 oz. barbecue sauce and 2 Tbsp. TABASCO® Sauce. Hold warm.
  3. For each serving, spread 3/4 of 1 tortilla with 1 Tbsp. wrap sauce. Top with 4-1/2 oz. pork mixture, 1 oz. cheese and 2 oz. coleslaw. Roll up tightly, ending with uncovered portion of tortilla.
