Ingredients Weight Measure
Bacon, sliced 1-1/2 lbs. 18 slices
Mayonnaise or salad dressing 12 oz. 1-1/2 cups
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1 oz. 2 Tbsp.
Toasted sourdough bread 36 slices
Turkey, sliced 1-1/2 lbs.
Herb-garlic or Swiss cheese, sliced 1-1/2 lbs.
Chutney 6 oz. 3/4 cup
Romaine lettuce 12 leaves


  1. In large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon in batches. Drain and reserve. In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise and TABASCO® Sauce.
  2. Spread TABASCO® Mayonnaise on one side of each slice of toast. For each serving, top one slice of toast with 2 oz. each of turkey and cheese.
  3. Top with second toast slice. Add 3 slices of bacon, chutney and 1 leaf romaine. Finish with toast. Anchor with toothpicks. Cut in half.

Yield: 12 sandwiches
