STEAK BURGER WRAP

Ingredients Weight Measure
Tomato ketchup 12 oz. 1-1/4 cups
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 8-1/2 oz. 1 cup + 1 Tbsp.
Ground beef patties 3 lbs. 12 ea.
Flour tortilla, 12", grilled 12 ea.
Iceberg lettuce, shredded 18 oz. 6 cups
Red onion, thinly sliced 6 oz. 1 cup
Avocados, sliced 12 oz. 2 cups

Method

  1. To make wrap sauce, combine ketchup and 5 Tbsp. TABASCO® Sauce. Hold refrigerated.
  2. For each serving, grill one burger and cut it into strips. Spread 3/4 of 1 tortilla with 2 Tbsp. wrap sauce. Top with 1-1/2 oz. shredded lettuce, burger strips, 1/2 oz. red onion and 1 oz. sliced avocado. Roll up tightly, ending with uncovered portion of tortilla.
