Prepared tartar sauce 12 oz. 1-1/2 cups
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1 oz. 2 Tbsp. plus more for spraying
Garlic, minced 1 Tbsp.
Green peppers, diced 6 oz. 1-1/2 cups
Onions, minced 6 oz. 1-1/2 cups
White rice, cooked 18 oz. 3 cups
Shrimp, 40 ct., broken, raw, peeled, deveined, diced 22 oz.
Sweet sausage link, cooked, sliced 1/4" thick 36 oz.
Flour tortilla, 12", grilled 12 ea.


  1. To prepare the wrap sauce, combine the tartar sauce and TABASCO® Sauce. Cover and refrigerate until needed.
  2. To prepare the wrap filling, sauté garlic, peppers, and onions in a preheated sauté pan. Add rice, shrimp and sausage and cook for 2 minutes. Hold warm.
  3. For each serving, spread 3/4 of 1 flour tortilla with 2 Tbsp. of the wrap sauce. Top with 5-1/2 oz. of wrap filling. Spray with TABASCO® Sauce and roll up tightly, ending with the uncovered portion of the tortilla.
