Red beans, cooked 2-1/2 cups
Creole seasoning 2-1/2 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 2-1/2 Tbsp.

TABASCO® Bourbon Sauce

Bourbon whiskey 16 oz. 2 cups
Mayonnaise 3 oz. 6 Tbsp.
Sour cream 3 oz. 6 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 3 Tbsp.


  1. To prepare chicken marinade, combine soy sauce, pineapple juice, bourbon and TABASCO® Sauce. Marinate chicken in marinade for 15 minutes. Grill chicken and cut into strips. Hold warm.
  2. To prepare TABASCO® Bourbon Sauce, in a medium-gauge saucepot, reduce the bourbon to 2-1/2 oz. Cool and set aside. Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream and TABASCO® Sauce. Add the bourbon reduction.
  3. To prepare TABASCO® Red Beans & Rice Mix, combine all ingredients, cover and set aside.
  4. For each serving, spread 3/4 of 1 tortilla with 1 Tbsp. TABASCO® Bourbon Sauce. Top with 1/2 cup TABASCO® Red Bean & Rice Mix, 1 Tbsp. onion, 2-1/2 oz. of chicken and 1 tsp. chopped parsley. Roll up tightly, ending with uncovered portion of tortilla.
