TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 3/4 oz. 1-1/2 Tbsp.
Sour cream 12 oz. 1-1/2 cups
Green peppers, diced 6 oz. 1-1/2 cups
Onions, diced 6 oz. 1-1/2 cups
Andouille sausage, cooked, diced 12 oz. 3 cups
TABASCO® Red Beans & Rice Mix 70 oz. 7 cups
Creole seasoning 1 oz. 4 Tbsp.
Flour tortillas, 12", grilled 12 ea.


  1. To prepare wrap spread, combine TABASCO® Sauce and sour cream. Cover and refrigerate until needed.
  2. To prepare wrap filling, sauté peppers and onions in preheated pan. Add sausage, TABASCO® Red Beans & Rice Mix, and Creole seasoning. Heat through and hold warm.
  3. For each serving, spread 2 Tbsp. TABASCO® sour cream onto 1 grilled tortilla. Spread 1 cup wrap filling across 3/4 of tortilla. Roll up tightly, ending with uncovered portion of tortilla.
