Tomato ketchup 12 oz. 1-1/4 cups
Prepared horseradish 3 oz. 1/3 cup
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 4 oz. 1/2 cup
Lemon juice 3 oz. 6 Tbsp.
Worcestershire sauce 1/2 oz. 1 Tbsp.
Salt and pepper to taste
Flour tortilla, 12", grilled 12 ea.
Iceberg lettuce, shredded 12 oz. 3 cups
Red onion, thinly sliced 6 oz. 1 cup
Shrimp, breaded, fried 36 oz. 48 ea.


  1. To prepare the wrap sauce, combine ketchup, horseradish, TABASCO® Sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper. Hold refrigerated.
  2. For each serving, spread 3/4 of 1 flour tortilla with 2 Tbsp. wrap sauce and top with 1 oz. lettuce, 1/2 oz. onion and 4 shrimp. Roll up tightly, ending with the uncovered portion of the tortilla.
