CHICKEN FAJITA WRAP

Ingredients Weight Measure
Onion, sliced 1/4" thick 6 oz. 1-1/2 cups
Red pepper, sliced in 2" strips 6 oz. 1-1/2 cups
Green pepper, sliced in 2" strips 6 oz. 1-1/2 cups
Chicken, grilled, sliced in 1/4" strips 24 oz. 3 cups
Garlic, minced 2-1/2 oz. 2 Tbsp.
Worcestershire sauce 4 oz. 1/2 cup
Salt & pepper to taste
Prepared salsa 8 oz. 1-1/2 cups
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 12 oz. 3/4 cup
Flour tortilla, 12", grilled 12 ea.
Cheddar cheese, shredded 12 oz. 3 cups
White rice, cooked, warm 24 oz.

Method

  1. To make wrap filling, sauté onions and red and green peppers in pre-heated pan. Add grilled chicken, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, salsa and TABASCO® Sauce. Heat through and hold warm.
  2. For each serving, cover 3/4 of 1 tortilla with 3 oz. wrap filling. Top with 1 oz. cheese and 2 oz. rice. Roll up tightly, ending with uncovered portion of tortilla.
