DILL PEPPER DIP

Ingredients Weight Measure
Cream cheese, softened 6 lbs.
Sour cream 1-1/2 qts.
Horseradish 2-1/4 qts.
Fresh dill, chopped 1-1/2 cups
Mustard, coarsely ground 3/4 cup
TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce 3/4 cup

Method

  1. In a bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream, horseradish, dill, mustard and TABASCO® Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce until well mixed. Serve with crisp fresh vegetables or chips.

Yield: 1-1/8 gallons
