SAUCE MILANAISE

Ingredients Weight Measure
Spaghetti sauce(see recipe) - 2 qts.
Ham, cooked and julienned 16 oz. 3 cups
Tongue, cooked and julienned 16 oz. 3 cups
Mushrooms, sliced and sautéed 16 oz. 1 qt.
Dried oregano leaf, crushed 2 tsp.

Method

  1. Heat spaghetti sauce to simmering. Add ham, tongue, mushrooms and oregano.
  2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer 15 minutes.

Yield: Approx. 1 gallon
