Ingredients Weight Measure
Red sauce base (see recipe) 2-1/2 qts.
Whole tomatoes, chopped 24 oz. 3 cups
Green peppers, chopped 11 oz. 3 cups
Red peppers, chopped 11 oz. 3 cups
Dried thyme leaf, crushed 1 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1-1/2 tsp.


  1. Heat red sauce to simmering. Add tomatoes, green and red peppers, thyme and TABASCO® Original Red Sauce.
  2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.

Yield: Approx. 1 gallon
