Ingredients Weight Measure
Green onions, chopped 2 to 3 ea.
Fresh lime juice 2 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce 2 tsp.
Ripe avocados, medium-sized, peeled 2 ea.
Salt 1/2 tsp.
Pepper to taste


  1. In a medium bowl, combine onions, lime juice and TABASCO® Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce and mash gently with fork to release the flavor of the onions.
  2. Add avocados and continue to mash until chunky.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.*
  4. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors.
  5. Serve with freshly cut vegetables and tortilla chips.
  6. *To retain the fresh bright color of the guacamole, include the avocado pit in the mixture and remove just before serving.
