HERB VINAIGRETTE

Ingredients Weight Measure
Basic vinaigrette 1 gal.
Garlic, minced 4 cloves
Dried thyme leaf, crushed 2 tsp.
Dried marjoram leaf, crushed 2 tsp.
Dried oregano leaf, crushed 2 tsp.

Method

  1. Blend together all ingredients. Cover. Let stand at least 12 hours at room temperature before serving. Store in refrigerator.

Yield: Approx. 1 gallon
