TOMATO VINAIGRETTE

Ingredients Weight Measure
Basic vinaigrette - 1 gal.
Tomatoes, chopped 32 oz. 2 cups
Green pepper, chopped 4 oz. 1 cup
Sugar - 2 Tbsp.

Method

  1. Mix together all ingredients. Cover. Let stand at room temperature at least 12 hours before serving. Store in refrigerator.

Yield: Approx. 1 gallon
