GREEN GARDEN SALAD DRESSING

Ingredients Weight Measure
Plain yogurt 3 qts.
Spinach leaves 3 qts.
Fresh parsley leaves 3 cups
TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce 1-1/2 cups
Salt 1 Tbsp.

Method

  1. In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients; blend until smooth. Serve on tossed green salad or cucumber-tomato salad and grilled or poached fish and chicken.

Yield: 3 quarts
