California avocados, ripe 6 ea.
Fresh green chili pepper, chopped 1/2 cup
Onion, finely chopped 1/3 cup
Lemon juice 1 Tbsp.
Garlic powder 1 tsp.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1-1/2 tsp.
Salt to taste


  1. Peel and pit avocados; mash pulp with fork, leaving chunky texture.
  2. Stir in chili pepper, onions, lemon juice, garlic powder, TABASCO® Sauce and salt.
  3. Cover. Refrigerate. Serve chilled.
