AVERY ISLAND WRAP

Ingredients Weight Measure
Garlic, finely chopped 1-1/2 oz. 1 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 5 oz. 5/8 cup
Chili powder 1 Tbsp.
Sour cream 9 oz. 1 cup
Scallions, sliced 3-3/5 oz. 1-1/2 cups
Flour tortilla, 12", grilled 12 ea.
TABASCO® Red Beans & Rice Mix 60 oz. 6 cups
Green bell pepper, diced 12 oz. 3 cups
Shrimp, cooked, halved lengthwise 24 oz. 36 ea.

Method

  1. To make wrap spread, combine garlic, 3 oz. of TABASCO® Sauce, chili powder and sour cream. Hold refrigerated.
  2. To prepare marinade, combine scallions and remaining 2 oz. TABASCO® Sauce. Hold refrigerated.
  3. For each serving, spread 3/4 of 1 tortilla with 2 Tbsp. of wrap spread. Top with 5 oz. TABASCO® Red Beans & Rice Mix, 1 oz. green pepper, 2 Tbsp. marinated scallions, and 6 shrimp halves. Roll up tightly, ending with uncovered portion of tortilla.
