Black olives, pitted, drained, 5 oz. juice reserved 6 oz. 1 cup
Lemon juice 2 oz. 1/4 cup
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 2 oz. 1/4 cup
Yogurt 6 oz. 3/4 cup
Tomatoes, medium dice 18 oz. 3 cups
Olive oil 1-4/5 oz. 1/4 cup
Salt and pepper to taste
Flour tortillas, 12", grilled 12 ea.
Iceberg lettuce, shredded 18 oz. 3 cups
Grilled beef, thinly sliced 36 oz.
Feta cheese, crumbled 6 oz. 1 cup


  1. To make wrap sauce, combine black olives, olive juice, lemon juice and TABASCO® Sauce in blender. Puree. Add yogurt and mix well. Hold refrigerated.
  2. Combine tomatoes and olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Hold refrigerated.
  3. For each serving, spread 3/4 of 1 flour tortilla with 2 Tbsp. wrap sauce. Top with 1-1/2 oz. lettuce, 1-1/2 oz. marinated tomatoes and 3 oz. grilled beef. Top with 1/2 oz. feta cheese. Roll up tightly, ending with uncovered portion of tortilla.
