CHIMI CHURRI CHURRASCO

Ingredients Weight Measure
Parsley, fresh, stemmed and picked 2 large bunches
Garlic clove, fresh minced 1/3 cup
Olive oil 2 cups
Lemon juice 1/2 cup
TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce 1/3 cup
Sea salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Tenderloin beef tips 10 oz.

Method

  1. In a food processor, add parsley, garlic, olive oil and lemon juice, and pulse at low speed until well "chopped" but not pureed.
  2. Add TABASCO® Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce to mixture and pulse for a few seconds more to incorporate.
  3. Remove sauce from processor and adjust seasoning to taste with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  4. Let sauce sit refrigerated overnight before use.
  5. Use as a condiment with grilled meat items, including beef, chicken and fish.

Yield: 4 cups of sauce
