THAI FLAMING MEATBALL SHOTS

Ingredients Weight Measure
Teriyaki glaze 1 cup
Sweet & sour sauce 1/2 cup
TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce 1/2 cup
Freshly chopped ginger 2 Tbsp.
Sesame seeds 1 Tbsp.
Frozen meatballs, 1/2 oz each, heated 10 oz.
Water chestnuts, sliced 3/4 cup

Method

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients for Thai Meatball Sauce. Mix together well and hold for use.
  2. To serve, combine heated meatballs, water chestnuts and 1-1/4 cup Thai Meatball Sauce.

Yield: 2 cups sauce
