Pecan halves 3 oz. 1/2 cup
Almond pieces 3 oz. 1/2 cup
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce 2 tsp.

Sweet & Spicy Brownie, pieces 3 oz. 1 ea.
Vanilla ice cream 4-1/2 oz. 3 #20 scoops
Habanero Roasted Nuts, chopped 1/2 oz. 1 Tbsp.
Whipped cream as needed
Cherry 1 ea.


  1. To prepare the Sweet & Spicy Brownies, prepare brownie mix according to directions on box. Add the TABASCO® Original Red Sauce when adding liquid ingredients. Spread brownie mix in greased 1/2 sheet pan and bake in 325°F oven for 35-40 minutes. Remove from oven and cool completely. Cut into 3"x3" squares.
  2. To prepare the Habanero Roasted Nuts, combine the walnuts, pecans and almonds in a bowl and toss with TABASCO® Habanero Sauce. Place on a 1/2 sheet pan and roast in a 350°F oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
  3. To prepare the Parfait, place 1 oz. brownie pieces in a serving dish and top with 3 #20 scoops of ice cream and 1/2 Tbsp. Habanero Roasted Nuts. Top with remaining 2 oz. of brownie pieces. Garnish with whipped cream, cherry and remaining nuts.
