ICED COFFEE KICKER

Ingredients Weight Measure
Chocolate ice cream 3 #20 scoops
Coffee, double strength 12 oz. 1-1/2 cups
Kahlua® 1-1/4 oz.
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce 1/4 tsp.
Whipped cream as needed
Chocolate chips as needed

Method

  1. Combine chocolate ice cream, coffee, Kahlua® and TABASCO® Habanero Sauce in a blender or food processor and mix until smooth.
  2. Pour into a fountain soda glass and garnish with whipped cream and chocolate chips.
