Peanut butter 24 oz.
Cream cheese 24 oz.
Brown sugar 6 oz. 3/4 cup
Vanilla 1 oz. 2 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce 1-1/2 tsp.
Chocolate Ganache (recipe below) 18 oz.

Chocolate Ganache Coating

Chocolate 12 oz.
Heavy cream 8 oz. 1 cup


  1. Combine peanut butter, cream cheese, brown sugar, vanilla and TABASCO® Habanero Sauce in a mixer. Whip until smooth. Spread evenly on lightly greased 1/2 sheet pan and chill.
  2. To prepare Chocolate Ganache Coating, combine chocolate and heavy cream in a double boiler pan (water should be hot, but not boiling) and melt chocolate, stirring frequently. When chocolate is smooth and well-combined, cool completely.
  3. Spread warm Chocolate Ganache over top of peanut butter mixture and chill.
  4. Cut into 2"x2" squares and serve as desired.

Yield: 1/2 sheet pan
