SPICY MANGO-LIME SORBET

Ingredients Weight Measure
Candied ginger 1 oz. 2 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce 1/4 tsp.
Mango sorbet 2 #20 scoops
Lime sorbet 2 #20 scoops
Fresh mint, for garnish 1 sprig

Method

  1. Toss the candied ginger with the TABASCO® Habanero Sauce.
  2. Combine the mango sorbet with 1 Tbsp. of Habanero-Candied Ginger in a blender or food processor, mixing until smooth.
  3. Combine the lime sorbet with 1 Tbsp. of Habanero-Candied Ginger in a blender or food processor, mixing until smooth.
  4. Pour mango and lime sorbets into a fountain soda glass and swirl together slowly. Garnish with mint.
