Ingredients Weight Measure
Fire & Ice Cream (see recipe) 3 #20 scoops
Chopped nuts 16 oz. 2 cups
Flour 4 oz. 1/2 cup
Eggs, beaten 4 each
Chocolate sauce 1 oz. 2 Tbsp.
Flour tortilla 1 each
Whipped cream as needed
Cherry 1 each


  1. To prepare, scoop out ice cream and refreeze until hard.
  2. Coat ice cream with flour, then egg, then chopped nuts and refreeze. Place second coating of egg and nuts around ice cream and freeze again until needed.
  3. Fry flour tortilla into a bowl shape.
  4. Drop ice cream balls in fryer for 1 minute or until nuts are brown.
  5. Place ice cream in flour tortilla and drizzle with chocolate sauce. Garnish with whipped cream and a cherry.
