FIERY COGNAC LOBSTER TAILS

Ingredients Weight Measure
Cognac 2 oz. 1/4 cup
OLD BAY® Seasoning 1/2 oz. 1 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 4 oz. 1/2 cup
Lobster tails, 6-8 oz. each 2 ea.

Method

  1. Combine cognac, OLD BAY® Seasoning and TABASCO® Sauce. Blend well.
  2. Pull lobster meat through top of shell by splitting top of shell with a knife.
  3. Marinate lobster tails for 2-4 hours. Grill tails on both sides until done.

Yield: 2 tails
