Sugar 4 oz. 2 cups
Water 4 oz. 2 cups
Canned pumpkin 80 oz. 10 cups
Cointreau 8 oz. 1 cup
Half-and-Half 20 oz. 2-1/2 cups
Orange juice 24 oz. 3 cups
Cumin 1 Tbsp.
Ginger 1 Tbsp.
Salt 1 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 2 Tbsp.


  1. Combine sugar and water. Bring to a boil; then cook down to syrup. Cool completely.
  2. Combine sugar syrup, pumpkin, Cointreau, half-and-half, orange juice, cumin, ginger, salt and pepper. Mix well. Finish with TABASCO® Sauce. Serve cool.
