Apple pie filling 14 oz. 1-1/2 cups
Oil 1 oz. 2 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce 1 tsp.
Salt 1/2 tsp.
Pepper 1/2 tsp.
Shrimp, peeled, deveined, tail on 2 lbs. 40 ea.
Skewers 8 ea.


  1. To prepare the glaze, place apple pie filling in a food processor or blender and puree until smooth. Add oil, TABASCO® Habanero Sauce, salt and pepper.
  2. Place 5 shrimp per skewer and brush with 1 cup of the glaze. Allow to marinate for 20 minutes.
  3. Grill shrimp skewers over high heat for 2 minutes per side. Remove from heat and brush with the remaining glaze.
