Ingredients Weight Measure
Olive oil 1 oz.
Chicken wings, fresh, thawed and washed, dredged in seasoned flour 12 ea.
Spanish onion, fine dice 1 cup
Garlic, minced 1 Tbsp.
Red bell pepper, chopped small 4 oz.
White wine 5 oz.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1/2 oz.
Herb blend, fresh, chopped 1 oz.


  1. In a large heavy-bottomed oven-safe sauté pan, heat oil until smoking. Add wings and cook until golden brown. Add onions and cook until translucent. Add garlic and peppers, cook 1 minute more and then add all remaining ingredients.
  2. Cover with foil. Place in oven and cook for approximately 20 minutes, or until tender and cooked through.
  3. Serve with cooking sauce over the top.

Yield: 12 wings
