TABASCO®-Spiced Butter

TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1 oz.
Butter, fresh, salted 8 oz.


  1. Marinate the wings in 1 cup TABASCO® Sauce for approximately 1 hour.
  2. Make a small incision about 1/4" wide across one end of the wings and push into the incision to create a pocket.
  3. Combine the chorizo and scallions. Push 1/4 oz. of the mixture into each wing.
  4. Toss wings in seasoned flour and deep-fry for 3-4 minutes until cooked through. Remove and drain well.
  5. To make the TABASCO®-Spiced Butter, soften/melt butter in microwave for approximately 2-3 minutes on high. Do not boil butter. Whisk in 1 oz. TABASCO® Sauce. Hold at room temperature until needed.
  6. Toss wings with TABASCO®-Spiced Butter until well coated and serve hot.
