GEORGIA PECAN CRUSTED WINGS WITH HATOULA PEACH SAUCE

Hatoula Peach Sauce

Heavy peach marmalade, warmed 8 oz.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1 oz.

Method

  1. Marinate the wings in 1 cup TABASCO® Original Red Sauce for approximately 1 hour.
  2. Toss crushed pecans with 2 Tbsp. of TABASCO® Habanero Sauce.
  3. Use standard breading method: Dip wings into flour mixture, then egg wash and then pecans to coat evenly.
  4. Bake in preheated 350°F oven for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. To prepare Hatoula Peach Sauce, mix ingredients.
  6. Serve hot wings with Hatoula Peach Sauce.
