Ingredients Weight Measure
Olive oil 1 oz.
Spanish onions, fine dice 1 cup
Garlic, minced 1 Tbsp.
Orange zest 1 Tbsp.
Chipotle peppers, canned, chopped 1 oz.
Orange juice 2 oz.
Honey 2 oz.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1/2 oz.
Chicken wings, fresh, thawed and washed 12 ea.
Supreme orange wedges 1 orange


  1. In a heavy-bottomed sauté pan, heat oil until smoking. Add onions and cook until golden brown. Add garlic and orange zest and cook 1 minute more; then add all remaining ingredients except chicken and orange wedges. Cook until steamy and then immediately pour over wings to marinate for 1 hour.
  2. Grill wings to impart flavor and "mark"; then remove.
  3. Add wings back to sauce and place wings in oven until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached. Serve topped with additional sauce and an orange wedge.
