Chicken wings, fresh, frozen and thawed and washed 12 ea.
Seasoned flour 2 cups
Eggs, whole, beaten 3 ea.
Almonds, toasted and coarsely crushed 1 cup

TABASCO® Spiced Butter

Fresh salted butter 8 oz.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1 oz.


  1. Marinate the wings in 1 cup TABASCO® Sauce for approximately 1 hour.
  2. To bread wings, dip them into flour mixture, then egg wash and then almonds to coat evenly.
  3. Deep-fry for 3-4 minutes or until cooked through. Remove and drain well.
  4. To make TABASCO® Spiced Butter, soften/melt butter in microwave for approximately 2-3 minutes on high. Do not boil butter. Whisk in 1 oz. TABASCO® Sauce. Hold at room temperature until needed.
  5. Toss wings with TABASCO® Spiced Butter until well coated and serve hot.
