Cinnamon Candy Salsa

Salsa 4 oz.
Honey 2 oz.
Red bell peppers, fine dice 1/2 cup
Cinnamon 2 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 2 Tbsp.

Chicken Wings

Olive oil 1 oz.
Mirin rice wine 1 cup
Garlic, minced 1 Tbsp.
Cinnamon 1 Tbsp.
Cumin 2 tsp.
Chili powder 2 tsp.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Chicken wings, thawed 12 ea.

Method

  1. To make the Cinnamon Candy Salsa, combine all ingredients and refrigerate until needed for service.
  2. To make the Chicken Wings, combine olive oil, rice wine, garlic, cinnamon, cumin, chili powder and TABASCO® Sauce. Place wings in marinade and refrigerate for 2 hours to impart flavor.
  3. Broil wings in a preheated 350°F oven for about 20 minutes, or until tender and cooked through.
  4. Serve with Cinnamon Candy Salsa on the side.

Yield: 1 dozen wings
