CRUNCHY GREEN WINGS

Chicken wings, fresh, thawed and washed 12 each
Bread crumbs, coarsely ground 4 cups
Oregano 1 Tbsp.
Basil 1 Tbsp.
Parmesan cheese, grated 1/2 cup
Seasoned flour 3 cups
Eggs, whole, beaten 3 each

Spicy Mayo Dipping Sauce

TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce 1 oz.
Mayonnaise 1 cup

Marinade

TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce 1 cup

Method

  1. Marinate the wings in 1 cup of TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce for approximately 1 hour.
  2. Combine bread crumbs with oregano, basil and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Standard breading method: dip wings into flour mixture, then egg wash and then bread crumb mixture to coat evenly.
  4. Deep fry for 3-4 minutes or until cooked through. Remove and drain well.
  5. Serve with Spicy Mayo Dipping Sauce.
