ZESTY ITALIAN PIZZA CRUST DIPPING SAUCE

Ingredients Weight Measure
Mayonnaise 3/4 cup
Wishbone® Italian Dressing 28 oz.
Green peppers, chopped 1 cup
Onions, chopped 1 cup
Cucumbers, skinned, seeded and chopped 1 cup
Salt 1 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce 3 Tbsp.

Method

  1. In a blender or a food processor, blend together the mayonnaise and the Italian dressing.
  2. Add the remaining ingedients, flash blend until there are very tiny pieces of vegetable left for visual; they should stay suspended in the mixture.
  3. Place in refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Yield: 2 qts.

Use as a dip for breadsticks and pizza crusts.
