TOMATO AND ROASTED GARLIC PIZZA CRUST DIPPING SAUCE

Ingredients Weight Measure
Tomatoes, stewed 3-3/4 cups
Garlic cloves, roasted 1 cup
TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce 1/2 cup
Salt 1 Tbsp.
Onion, chopped 1 cup

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor; blend on high speed until thick and smooth in consistency.
  2. Place in refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Yield: 2 qts.

Use as a dip for breadsticks and pizza crusts.
