Lite soy sauce 20 oz.
Soy sauce 15 oz.
Chili powder 2.5 oz.
Adolph's® Sodium Free Tenderizer 1 oz.
Chopped onions 3 cups
McCormick® Fajita Seasoning Mix 1 oz.
TABASCO® brand Buffalo Style Hot Sauce 3/4 cup
Great Range Buffalo Fajita Steak (SKU 10070) 10lbs.
Lime juice 1/2 cup
Cilantro 1/2 bu.


  1. In a large food processor or blender, place the lite soy sauce, soy sauce, chili powder, tenderizer, chopped onions, fajita seasoning, lime juice, cilantro and TABASCO® Buffalo Style Hot Sauce.
  2. Puree.
  3. Trim and place meat into plastic container.
  4. Pour the marinade over the meat.
  5. Mix thoroughly. Marinate overnight.
  6. Grill and serve with warm tortillas and sautéed peppers and onions.
