LOW-CAL SPANISH BAKED FISH

Fish fillets 6 lbs.
Salt 2 Tbsp.
Paprika 1 Tbsp.
Black pepper 1 tsp.
Green bell peppers, cut in rings 4 ea.
Tomato, sliced 1/4" 4 ea.
Onion, sliced 1/4" 4 ea.
Lemon juice 1/2 cup
Olive oil 1/2 cup
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 3 Tbsp.
Garlic cloves, minced 4 ea.
Lemons, cut in wedges 8 ea.

Method

  1. Cut fish into 6-oz. portions. Place on a sheet pan or in individual baking dishes. Sprinkle with salt, paprika and pepper. Top with green pepper rings, tomato slices and onion slices.
  2. Mix lemon juice, oil, TABASCO® Sauce and garlic. Pour over the fish fillets. Bake 15 minutes at 375°F or until fish is done. Serve with lemon wedges.
