Cream cheese, softened 16 oz.
Butter, softened 3 oz.
TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce 4 Tbsp.
Sour cream 3 Tbsp.
Smoked salmon, chopped 1 lb.
Onions, diced, minced
Horseradish, cream style 2 Tbsp.
Capers 1 Tbsp.
Dill, fresh, chopped 1 Tbsp.
Lemon pepper 2 tsp.
Garlic, dried, minced 1/2 tsp.

Seedless cucumber, sliced thin 1 ea.
TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce 4 Tbsp.
Cream cheese mixture, from above 1/2 cup
Cherry tomatoes 5 ea.


  1. In a large mixing bowl, fold cream cheese, butter, TABASCO® Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce and sour cream together; reserve 1/2 cup for decoration.
  2. Add rest of ingredients and fold all together.
  3. Place on a serving tray and shape like a fish.
  4. In a small dish, sprinkle TABASCO® Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce over sliced cucumbers. Let sit 5 minutes and if too runny, blot on paper towel.
  5. Make scales from cucumber slices and start decorating at tail of fish mold. Fill decorating bag using star tip with 1/2 cup reserved cream cheese mixture. Make fin decoration out of cream cheese mixture, cherry tomatoes and cucumber slices.

Yield: 12-20 servings

Serving idea: Serve with baguettes or French bread.
