SHRIMP CREOLE PIZZA

Ingredients Weight Measure
Butter 2 Tbsp.
Onions, chopped 1/2 cup
Celery, chopped 1/2 cup
Garlic, chopped 1 Tbsp.
Green pepper, chopped 1/2 cup
Tomatoes, chopped 1/2 cup
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1 Tbsp.
Chili pepper 1/2 tsp.
Pizza sauce 1 cup
12" pizza crust 1 ea.
Mozzrella cheese, shredded 1 cup
Canned Chicken of the Sea® Medium Shrimp, drained 4 oz. 1 ea.

Method

  1. In saucepan, heat butter, add onions, celery, garlic and green peppers, and sauté for 3 minutes. Add tomatoes and sauté for 2 more minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and add TABASCO® Pepper Sauce and chili pepper.
  3. Spread sauce evenly over pizza crust. Add ingredients from sauté pan, distributing evenly over pizza. Add mozzarella cheese.
  4. Bake in oven as usual.

Yield: 1 12-inch pizza
