Pork Chops and Marinade

Garlic, minced 4 cloves
Ginger, chopped 2 Tbsp.
Lime zest, grated 2 tsp.
Lime juice 1 cup
Honey 2 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Tequila 2 Tbsp.
Pork chops, boneless, butterflied, 6-8 oz. 12 ea.

Tangy Peanut Sauce

Garlic, minced 2 cloves
Ginger, grated 1 Tbsp.
Green onions, finely chopped 2 ea.
Lime zest, grated 1 tsp.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1-1/2 Tbsp.
Smooth peanut sauce 1/4 cup
Lime juice, fresh 1/4 cup
Honey 1 Tbsp.


  1. To prepare Pork Chops and Marinade, mix garlic and ginger and place in a flat glass dish. Add the lime zest, lime juice, honey, TABASCO® Sauce and tequila. Pierce pork chops with fork and marinate at least 1 hour turning frequently until ready to grill.
  2. To prepare Tangy Peanut Sauce, mix garlic and ginger together. Add green onions and lime zest. In a blender or mixer, combine the TABASCO® Sauce, smooth peanut butter, lime juice and homey. Stir into the ginger and garlic combination.
  3. Heat grill until very hot. Cook chops about 6 inches from heat source for 5 minutes; turn and brush with peanut sauce. Cook for 5 minutes and turn. Cook for 2 minutes longer or to an internal temperature of 160°F. Brush peanut sauce onto grilled pork chops again before serving.
