SPANISH FRESH FRUIT FRAPPE

Watermelon, diced 2 qt.
Cantaloupe, cubed 2 qt.
Pineapple, diced 2 qt.
Mango, sliced 2 qt.
Strawberries, halved 2 qt.
Orage Juice 2 qt.
Sugar 6 cups
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce 4 Tbsp.

Method

  1. For each serving, mix 1/3 of a cup of each fruit and juice, add 1/2 tsp. of the TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce and 1/4 cup sugar in a blender. Add 1/4 cup of crushed ice and mix on high; to thicken add a little more ice.

Yield: 24 servings
