Vegetable oil cooking spray as needed
Montasio cheese, finely grated 4 oz.
Thyme leaves, fresh 3 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1 tsp.


  1. Preheat broiler and set rack about 3" to 4" from heat.
  2. Line sheet pan with aluminum foil and spray lightly with vegetable cooking oil.
  3. In a bowl, mix cheese and thyme leaves and sprinkle TABASCO® Sauce into cheese. Toss very gently by shaking bowl to evenly distribute the thyme and TABASCO® Sauce. Do not overmix.
  4. Drop cheese mixture by tablespoon, about 2" apart on the prepared sheet pan. Leave cheese mixture rounded.
  5. Broil 3" to 4" from heat element for about 3-5 minutes until the cheese is flat and the edges are golden brown. Exact time will depend on the intensity of the broiler.
  6. Remove from broiler and let cool for about 30 seconds. Gently lift the cheese crisps from the pan with a spatula and place on a rack.
  7. Serve immediately or at room temperature.
