Ingredients Weight Measure
Bacon, raw, diced 3 oz. 5 slices
Eggs, beaten 3-3/4 oz. 2 ea.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1 Tbsp.
Cornmeal 1/2 Tbsp.
Pizza dough, prepared 14 oz.
Tomato sauce 4 oz. 1/2 cup
Mozzarella cheese, shredded 9 oz. 2 cups
Red, yellow and green cherry peppers, sliced 5 ea.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1 Tbsp.


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Render bacon in sauté pan until firm but not crisp. Set aside.
  3. Combine eggs and TABASCO® Sauce, mix lightly. Set aside.
  4. Sprinkle cornmeal onto pizza stone or baking pan. Roll out dough to a 12" circle and place on cornmeal.
  5. Spread tomato sauce evenly over dough to within 1" of edge and then sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Sprinkle bacon bits over the cheese.
  7. Pour egg mixture over bacon and cheese, and garnish with slices of cherry peppers.
  8. Bake in oven until dough is brown and cheese and eggs are golden brown.
  9. Season with additional 1 Tbsp. of TABASCO® Sauce, let rest for 2 minutes and then slice.

Yield: 1 pizza
