Coriander including stems 8 oz. 4 bunches
Garlic, cloves peeled and chopped 2 oz. 4 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce 2 fl. oz. 4 Tbsp.
Honey 3 fl. oz. 6 Tbsp.
Rice vinegar 2 fl. oz. 4 Tbsp.
Soy sauce 4 fl. oz.. 1/2 cup
Sesame oil 2 fl. oz. 4 Tbsp.
Lime juice 2 fl. oz. 4 Tbsp.


  1. Place coriander in a food processor and chop. Add remaining ingredients and process until finely minced and well blended.
  2. Serve 1 fl. oz. (2 Tbsp.) in a ramekin to accompany oriental appetizers such as potstickers or rumaki.
