MINT AND YOGURT DIP

Ingredients Weight Measure
Mint leaves 8 oz.
Cilantro leaves 8 oz.
Garlic 2 oz.
Shallots 4 oz.
Fresh lemon juice 2 oz.
Water 1 cup
TABASCO® brand Green JalapeƱo Pepper Sauce 6 oz.
Yogurt 3-1/2 cups
Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients except the yogurt, salt and pepper in a mixer and combine into a fine paste.
  2. Add yogurt to the paste and season it with salt and pepper.
