Ingredients Weight Measure
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 3 oz. 1-1/2 bottles
Dark brown sugar 2-1/2 oz.
Worcestershire sauce 2 oz.
Clover honey 2 oz.
Fresh lime juice 1-1/2 oz.
Paprika 2 oz.
Dry mustard 1 oz.
Ground cardamom 1/2 oz.
Onion salt 1/2 oz.
Granulated garlic 1/2 oz.
Celery salt 1/4 oz.


  1. Whisk all the ingredients together to form a "mud-like" consistency. Set some aside.
  2. Lightly baste meat with TABASCO® Mud Rub as it is grilling.
  3. Serve extra on the side for dipping.

Yield: 14 servings, 1 oz. each
