TABASCO® brand Mildly Seasoned Bloody Mary Mix 32 oz.
Calamata olives, chopped 16 oz. 2 cups
Red onions, sliced 1-1/4 lb. 2 ea.
Medium zucchinis, diced 1-1/4 lb. 2 ea.
Yellow squash, diced 2 lbs. 3 ea.
Basil, chopped 1 oz. 1/2 cup
Mint, chopped 1 oz. 1/2 cup
Horseradish 1 oz. 2 Tbsp.
Worcestershire sauce 1 oz. 2 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1-1/2 oz. 3 Tbsp.
Lemons, juiced 3 lemons
Salt and pepper to taste

TABASCO®-Marinated Chicken for Soup

Chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, 6 oz. 4-1/2 lbs. 12 ea.
Olive oil 8 oz. 1/2 cup
Lemon-lime soda 12 oz. 1-1/2 cups
TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce 4 oz. 1/2 cup
Italian parsley sprigs 12 sprigs


  1. Combine all Soup Base ingredients in a large bowl to make the soup, stirring to blend well. Hold refrigerated until service.
  2. Marinate chicken breasts in olive oil, lemon-lime soda, and TABASCO® Garlic Pepper Sauce for 2 hours. Grill until done and then slice.
  3. For each serving, ladle 8 oz. of soup into serving bowl and top with 4 oz. sliced chicken breast. Garnish with Italian parsley sprig.

Yield: 12 servings
