TIJUANA PESTO SALSA

Ingredients Weight Measure
Fully prepared pesto 2 cups
Bermuda onion, finely diced 1/2 cup
Red pepper, finely diced 1/2 cup
Cucumber, seeded, finely diced 1 cup
Pine nuts, roasted 3/4 cup
TABASCO® brand Green JalapeƱo Pepper Sauce 1-3/4 cups
Cilantro, chopped, loose pack 1/2 cup
Lime juice 1/4 cup
Tequila 3 Tbsp.

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients and hold refrigerated until ready to serve.

Yield: 1 quart
